When it comes to Taylor Swift's sourdough obsession, Walmart is rising to the occasion for "The Life of a Showgirl."

Swifties who ordered the new album vinyl in time for delivery on Oct. 3 were also surprised with a loaf of sourdough, Walmart told USA TODAY.

The retail giant said customers who pre-ordered the vinyl album on its website before 9 p.m. local time on Oct. 2 were set to receive free delivery by 7 a.m. local time on Oct. 3.

The bread bonus is a nod to Swift's sourdough baking hobby, which she revealed on the "New Heights" podcast in August.

“With Taylor Swift ’s 'The Life of a Showgirl' album launch, we knew speed would be important for fans,” said David Guggina, Walmart U.S.'s executive vice resident and chief e-commerce officer, said in a statement to USA TODAY. “
