It’s been my privilege to attend two business forums over the past 30 days. One cannot listen to 10 or 11 business leaders without coming away feeling exhilarated and optimistic. Canada’s future is bright, and, as a nation, we have so much that the world needs and wants.
Without a doubt, a bright future will not come easily and will not happen without putting some noses out of joint and crossing swords with a few protesters. It has been said, “If you want to make an omelette, you have to break a few eggs,” and if we want to create a great nation for all Canadians, eggs will be broken.
