One by one, more than a half-dozen victims stood in a Lancaster County courtroom Wednesday and described how John Riley violated them and betrayed their trust by secretly recording them in a Franklin & Marshall College bathroom and elsewhere on campus.

The first woman spoke for more than 15 minutes, shouting at times, as she recounted the impact of Riley’s actions.

Riley, 20, was in court to be sentenced on nearly 60 charges, including invasion of privacy, intercepting communications and criminal use of a communication facility. He pleaded guilty June 17.
