MIDDLETON, Wis. (WKOW) — Community members will come together on Sunday, Oct. 5, for the 18th annual Gilda’s Run/Walk.

Hosted by Gilda’s Club Madison, the event features a 5K run (untimed) and a 2-mile walk starting at 10 a.m. from the Gilda’s Club parking lot and backyard at 7907 UW Health Court. Registration and packet pick-up run from 8 to 9:30 a.m., with virtual participation also available for those unable to attend in person.

The organization's mission is to provide emotional and practical support—free of charge—to individuals and families affected by cancer across 36 counties in Wisconsin.
