Threat with a weapon: At 1:07 a.m. at the Villa Capri apartments, officers responded to a recent threat with a weapon. Upon investigation, it was determined that there was probable cause for second-degree assault.

Naked man defecating on lawn: At 9:35 a.m. in the 2900 block of Southwest 323rd Street, there was a report about a suspect being naked. This has been an ongoing problem with the suspect. He has been seen with his pants down and defecating on people’s lawns. When the officer arrived at the suspect’s residence, his pants were down to his knees, and his behind was sticking out, facing into the roadway.
