After 24 years as a staple in the Montgomery community, Big Bertha’s Bar & Grill officials told Community Impact the bar and restaurant closed its doors Sept. 27.

The details

The closing announcement was first made via the business's Facebook , stating that the bar's landlord chose not to renew its lease.

“To our valued customers, I extend my sincerest gratitude for your loyalty and patronage. We will miss serving you and being a part of your lives,” the June 17 post reads.
