A Birmingham drug dealer was rumbled by police officers after he topped up his phone at a shop.
Investigators closed in on Omari Maitland after they linked a mobile phone he was using to a drugs line in Birmingham and the Black Country.
West Midlands Police said Maitland, 31, was responsible for running the 'Black Drugs Line' through the West Midlands.
