Delaware County CID Homicide detectives and Folcroft police are investigating a missing person under suspicious circumstances.

Police are looking for Isiah Jenifer, who was last seen Aug. 28. Jenifer is Black, with short dreadlocks.

Jenifer has multiple small tattoo images on his forearms including: dollar signs, fire, a skull with a hat and open mouth with teeth, the word “rats,” a star on a hand between thumb and pointer finger.

Jenifer was last seen in Folcroft getting into a vehicle of an acquaintance about 5 p.m. and his last known location was in Chester about 25 minutes later.

He also has ties to New Castle County, Delaware. Further details were not provided.
