LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Officials with the University of Central Arkansas announced the return of “TINA – The Tina Turner Musical,” a show celebrating the life and legacy of the Queen of Rock ‘n’ Roll.

According to a spokesperson, the performance will take place at 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 16, at Reynolds Performance Hall in Conway.

The Broadway hit, written by Tony Award nominee and Pulitzer Prize winner Katori Hall with Frank Ketelaar and Kees Prins, is produced by Crossroads Live North America.

The musical tells the story of Tina Turner’s rise from humble beginnings to global superstardom, highlighting her resilience and record-breaking career that earned her 12 Grammy Awards and a place in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, officials said.
