Former Pittsburgh Steelers offensive lineman Aiden Williams is signing with the Carolina Panthers' practice squad.

Williams signed wit the Steelers as an undrafted free agent and signed to their practice squad briefly before being released.

He tried out for the Browns in September, but never got signed, and hopes the Panthers can be a long-term home for him in the NFL after struggling to find a home over the last month.

He battled a knee injury in training camp that forced him to miss significant time, including the final two preseason games.

Williams played at the University of Minnesota-Duluth, a Division II school.

Williams played basketball in high school and was more of a tight end than a tackle at that point. He grew into his body, standing 6-foot-5, 315 pounds. Williams had
