THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: BJP member P.S. Gopakumar has filed a complaint with the VC alleging that Left member Muraleedharan used abusive language and yelled profanity at him in the Syndicate Standing Committee meeting of the University of Kerala. The incident took place at 11 am on Friday when the Planning and Development Standing Committee met in the Syndicate Room.

Twelve out of the 16 agendas were discussed and decided. Syndicate member and Finance Committee Convener G Muraleedharan got provoked while considering the thirteenth agenda regarding the construction of a new seminar hall for the Sanskrit department.
