Tasha Ghouri has said that she’s ‘beyond grateful’ to announce her ‘dream opportunity’ as she provided her fans with a major career update.

The 27-year-old Yorkshire native rose to fame on the 2022 edition of ITV dating show Love Island, where she met her ex-boyfriend Andrew Le Page, 30.

Following the series which was won by Ekin-Su Culculoglu, 31, and 30-year-old Davide Sanclimenti, Tasha, who was born deaf in one ear and underwent a cochlear implant surgery to enable them to use hearing aids, competed on Strictly Come Dancing last year.

Paired with Aljaz Skorjanec, 35, the duo made it all the way to the final of the series which saw 48-year-old comedian Chris McCausland and Dianne Buswell , 36, lift the Glitterball.
