A vehicle ended up inside a business in White Lake Township on Friday, crashing through the front doors after the driver failed to put it into park, police said.

The driver — a 52-year-old Waterford Township man — suffered minor injuries and was transported to a nearby medical facility for treatment. No other injuries were reported, police said.

According to the White Lake Township Police Department, officers responded to a business in the 9000 block of Highland Road at around 12:45 p.m. after a personal injury crash was reported. Based on a police investigation, the driver stopped at the business for a food delivery, then exited his vehicle but didn’t put it into park.
