KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — A Knoxville woman pleaded guilty to killing a Knoxville City Council member's daughter in a DUI crash that happened in 2024.

Kylie Roberto, the 21-year-old daughter of Second District Councilman Andrew Roberto, died on April 14, 2024, in a head-on crash on Schaeffer Road near Hardin Valley Road.

Roberto was riding as a passenger in the vehicle that Savannah Stanley, 25, was driving. Authorities said Stanley was driving erratically on the wrong side of the road and was intoxicated. Her SUV crossed the center line while taking a curve and crashed head-on into another SUV.
