The National Transportation Safety Board and Federal Aviation Administration are investigating a crash after two Amazon Prime Air delivery drones struck the boom of a crane in Tolleson, Ariz., on Wednesday morning.

No one was injured in the incident, the FAA said in a statement.

"We've resumed drone delivery in Tolleson while continuing to support ongoing reviews by relevant agencies," Amazon spokesperson Terrence Clark told The Hill on Friday. Drone deliveries were put on pause on Thursday.

“Safety is our top priority, and we’ve completed our own internal review of this incident and are confident that there wasn’t an issue with the drones or the technology that supports them,” Clark continued.
