GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — ArtPrize is wrapping up, and on Friday night, the winners of the annual competition will be announced at Studio Park in downtown Grand Rapids.

The ceremony will celebrate this year’s top artists through two weeks of public voting.

According to Executive Director Catlin Whitington, over 110,000 votes were cast this year, making it one of the highest totals in the past five years.

The artist with the most votes Friday night will receive a $100,000 grand prize. In addition, $10,000 awards will be given in other categories.
