KINGSTON, N.Y. — Former Uptown favorite Kingston Bread and Bar has returned to the city, this time setting up shop in the former PAKT location in Midtown.

Located at 608 Broadway, the new Kingston Bread and Bar opened for its first day of business on Monday, Sept. 29. The restaurant, founded by Amanda Stromoski, Aaron Quint, and Anthony Stromoski, first opened at 43 North Front St. in 2020.

Amanda and Anthony Stromoski also own Rough Draft Bar and Books on John Street, where the idea for Kingston Bread and Bar was born after Quint started baking bread in a 100 square-foot rented space in the rear of the building.
