SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Court documents from St. Joseph County reveal Nagomba White has been sentenced in connection with the 2023 murder of 12-year-old Josiah Small.

White is sentenced to 45 years in prison for Murder with 5 years added for Battery by Means of a Deadly Weapon.

The other suspect, Amarion Cutler, was sentenced to 25 years in prison after entering a plea agreement for his part in Small's death. Share
