CINCINNATI (WXIX) - A missing adult alert has been issued after a Hamilton County man left his home Friday morning and has not returned, according to the Cincinnati Emergency Communication Center.

Ronald Donaldson, 81, was last seen at 10:30 a.m. leaving his home on Stewart Avenue on foot.

The alert states that Donaldson has dementia and diabetes and does not have his needed medicines with him.

CECC describes him as Black, 6’1”, 200 lbs with one brown eye and one grey eye.

He was last seen wearing a yellow and black shirt, blue pants, brown shoes and possibly a grey sweatshirt.

The alert encompasses Hamilton County, as well as Butler, Clermont and Warren counties.
