NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. — Niagara Falls Police are investigating a serious crash that left a 65-year-old man in critical condition after colliding with a city-owned vehicle.
The incident involved a Ford Escape driven by a city employee and the man riding an e-bike.
According to Niagara Falls Police , the crash occurred when the city employee turned and struck the e-bike rider. The man sustained severe head injuries and was transported to Erie County Medical Center, where he remains in critical condition.
Police say the driver is cooperating with the investigation. Authorities noted that charges could be filed depending on the outcome of their review.
