BUNCOMBE COUNTY, N.C. (FOX Carolina) - The Buncombe County Sheriff’s Office reports it is searching for a missing 15-year-old.

Emma Lou Jones was last seen on Wednesday on Haw Branch Road in Barnardsville, deputies said.

She has long purple hair with red streaks and blue eyes, according to deputies.

Anyone with information on Jones’s whereabouts is asked to call the Buncombe County Sheriff’s Office at (828) 250-6670.
