DRAPER, Utah (ABC4) — A staple of the Draper community is saying goodbye after 65 years. The restaurant is hosting a farewell with live music, memorable foods and signature drinks.

Ballard's Iceberg Drive In, located on 12300 S, closes this Saturday, Oct. 4. According to a Facebook post from Ballard's Iceberg, the restaurant opened way back in 1960. The owner, Don Ballard, is retiring alongside his business.

To commemorate the closing of this beloved local spot and say goodbye to the community, Ballard's Iceberg is hosting a farewell tribute on its closing day.
