CHARLESTON, W.Va. –Governor Patrick Morrisey announcing Friday he has appointed Gregory A. Watt to represent the 48th District in the West Virginia House of Delegates.
Watts, who is from Hacker Valley, is a retired U.S. Army officer who served 28 years of active-duty service and more than 16 years in defense contracting and program management. He currently serves as Director of Programmatic Solutions Architecture for JANUS Research Group. In this role her supports military modernization and technology integration.
