During the City of Ludington Planning Commission meeting on Monday, commissioners approved an amendment to the site plan for 751 Maritime Drive (Lake District Flats) to add more parking spaces and update landscaping and lighting. They also addressed sixth month UDO text changes, including discussion of verge parking.

Public hearings took place for both the amendment to the site plan for 751 Maritime Drive and the sixth month UDO text changes pertaining to accessory garages, adjusting setbacks, removing pitch roofing language and updating graphics, but no public commented on either topic.

The project at 751 Maritime Drive (also known as 106 Laura, LLC) would add 217 parking spaces including garages and car ports.
