A petrol station near one of Aberdeen's busiest junctions in the city centre has gone on the market with a £2.35million price tag.

The BP filling station, situated on North Esplanade West near the River Dee and The Queen Elizabeth Bridge , is one of the few remaining garages in the heart of the city.

It has now been brought to market by Shepherd Commercial , and described as a prime investment opportunity targeting national and local investors.

Mark McQueen, partner at Shepherd Commercial, said: "We are hoping it appeals to local or national investors looking for a long-term income. There’s a strong tenant in place."
