(WHTM) - After a devastating 2OT White Out loss to Oregon last week, the Penn State Nittany Lions are heading west seeking a bounce-back win against winless UCLA Bruins.
Saturday's matchup is the eighth time the Nittany Lions and Bruins have faced each other, with UCLA leading the series 4-3. Penn State last beat UCLA on the road in 1968, but secured a home victory last year thanks to two touchdowns from quarterback Drew Allar.
The game kicks off from the Rose Bowl at 3:30 p.m. with head coach James Franklin preaching to his team that their playoff dreams are still within reach.
“Making sure that we stay as positive as possible. Don’t allow one loss to turn into two,” he said. “We’ve had this issue in the past where one loss turns into two because there’s so much negativity that it’s ha
