Taylor Swift mania is sweeping across the globe this weekend in celebration of her new album, The Life of a Showgirl. For the first time ever, there are official release parties in movie theatres worldwide, to accompany the launch of Taylor's 12th album.

And Plymouth Swifties are able to get in on the action, with all three city cinemas showing Taylor Swift/The Official Release Party of a Showgirl, which is rated 12A.

Everyman Cinema, located in the Melville building at Royal William Yard, is showing several screenings of the 89-minute film and we were invited along to watch the premiere in style - but you won't be getting any spoilers from us.
