Desert Diamond Arena in Glendale, managed by Legends Global, premier partner to the live events, venues, and brands worldwide, has promoted Nick Byer to general manager.

He has more than 17 years of experience in the sports and live entertainment industry, with a resume that spans six states, five arenas and three club venues.

Byer served as assistant general manager for Desert Diamond Arena since 2023, where he was player in a significant $42 million renovation, and helped manage the day-to-day operation of the venue with a focus on event services, operations, ancillary revenue generation and programming.

Prior to that, Byer was the general manager for House of Blues Boston, where he led the venue to a number two ranking in the world for tickets sold in 2021, followed by a number one r
