Michigan’s football team improved to 4-1 and 2-0 in the Big Ten with a 24-10 win over Wisconsin on Saturday in Ann Arbor.
The 20th-ranked Wolverines were sluggish out of the gate, allowing a 75-yard touchdown drive on the opening possession of the game. However, they answered with a touchdown of their own on their first drive and then reached another gear in the second half.
They outgained Wisconsin 303 yards to 100 in the final two quarters. Receiver Donaven McCulley became the first Michigan receiver to record a 100-yard game since Roman Wilson in November 2023, while freshman quarterback Bryce Underwood passed for a career-high 270 yards.
Meanwhile, Wisconsin drops to 2-3, 0-2 as head coach Luke Fickell faces even more criticism. After kicking a field goal to make it a 14-point game
