A woman has died after she was shot inside a barber shop on Pittsburgh's South Side.

Rayon Williams, 26, died at the hospital after being shot at the Bonez Barbershop along East Carson Street around 1 p.m. on Saturday.

Police said that Myairah Carter went into the barber shop and is accused of hiding her weapon under a cape while she was getting her hair done.

Investigators said that video surveillance shows Williams and Carter talking before Carter opened fire, hitting Williams at least twice.

"We heard pow, pow, pow, and we all froze, not knowing what was going on," said Curry Brown from Smoke Goodies, which is located just across the street from the barbershop.
