A two-vehicle crash on East Silver Springs Boulevard on Oct. 4 resulted in a death. Here's what we know:

Where was the crash? 4200 block of East Silver Springs Boulevard.

Which agency is investigating the crash? Ocala Police Department.

What happened: According to the Ocala Police Department, a man was riding a motorcycle westbound on the boulevard. A woman was driving a Chevy Camaro north on Northeast 42nd Avenue.

Police said the vehicle pulled out in front of the bike. The rider, identified as a man, was taken to HCA Florida Ocala Hospital, where he later died.

Officers did not release the victim's name, as his family has not yet been notified.
