SPOKANE COUNTY, Wash. – Voters in Spokane County have several important decisions to make in the upcoming general election.

In Medical Lake, residents will consider Advisory Proposition One. The Medical Lake City Council is seeking public opinion on whether the sale, possession and discharge of fireworks should be banned in the city.

Spokane Public Schools is asking voters to approve a $200 million bond. This bond aims to rebuild, modernize and improve aging school facilities. If approved, it would be funded through excess property taxes.

Liberty Lake is holding an advisory election to decide on funding and constructing a new community center and library in the city.

Election day is scheduled for Tuesday, November 4. Ballots will be mailed out between October 15 and 17.
