Cold Brews are the USPs here. They use medium dark roast to brew the coffee for nearly 22 to 23 hours. I take a taster shot. The dark chocolate notes come through better after a bite of the mini chocolate cookie that they serve with it. Rahil and Prashant have used the cold brew in myriad ways to create tasteful versions.
