Sean “Diddy” Combs was planning ahead for his time out of jail before sentenced to prison.
The 55-year-old music mogul has been in jail for 13 months while awaiting and going through the trial, and had already made plans for as soon as next week. He reportedly had seven speaking engagements scheduled, which the prosecution called the “height of hubris,” via the New York Times .
This was revealed in a letter that was filed to the judge by the prosecution, from Givanni Sairra , a founder of a nonprofit that assists inmates readjusting to life outside of prison.
In the letter, Giovanni wrote the organization had “secured approval from correctional agencies like GEO Group, Inc. and community partners to host Mr. Combs as an instructor teaching both virtually and in person.”
