LEBANON Ore. (KPTV) - An 88-year-old man with dementia is missing from his home in Lebanon on Saturday.

According to the Linn County Sheriff’s Office, Donald Carroll left his home sometime on Saturday morning and has not returned.

Carroll was last seen on Highway 20 near the Lebanon Walmart. A GPS tracker attached to his keychain was last pinged at McKercher Park near Crawfordsville around 11 a.m. This is his last known location.

Has grey hair and wears glasses.

About 5 feet, 9 inches tall.

Drives a grey 2016 Ford Edge with an Oregon Smokey Bear plate #SB71662.

Anyone who sees Carroll or his car is asked to call 911 right away.
