CARMEL — The scene early Friday morning at Zionsville High School was like something you'd see before a big high school football game. Music was blaring, there were at least a dozen signs and player cutouts among the sizable crowd, a couple folks brought plastic horns, someone else had a bubble machine — a few people even dressed up in eagle costumes.

But this wasn't in anticipation of Friday Night Lights.
