‘It’s bigger than myself’: Michigan college’s alumni keep spirits alive as closure nears

ADRIAN, MI – Homecoming hasn’t always been a tradition at Siena Heights University — at least, not in the sense often associated with college and tailgating before football games.

For the private, Catholic college, nestled in southern Michigan, that came later. Its football program has been in place for less than two decades.
