Pregnant women who live in certain areas of New Jersey are eligible for a new cash assistance program of $20,000 — with no strings attached — over the next three years.

The funding is by The Bridge Project , which aims to end childhood poverty. It was launched in 2021 by the Monarch Foundation, a private family foundation based in New York City.
