A Boston 14-year-old charged with assault to murder is being held without bail while awaiting a dangerousness hearing on Monday, according to the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office.
On Sept. 24 at around 2 p.m., Boston police responded to a report of a person stabbed at 115 Falcon Street near East Boston High School. A 14-year-old girl was found and treated for stab wounds to the head, legs, and back, resulting in a punctured lung, according to officials.
The girl told police she was followed while walking home from school by two teens she knew previously. She called her sister on the phone to tell her she thought she was going to get jumped before one of the teens stabbed her with a folding knife, according to officials.
