President Donald Trump seethed at the judge he appointed who granted a temporary restraining order blocking the administration from deploying the National Guard to Portland, OR.

Trump announced he was sending in troops to quell the chaos inside what he called the “ war-ravaged” city . But he was blocked from doing so in a ruling issued Saturday in U.S. District Court.

Trump addressed the ruling Sunday on his way to Norfolk, Virginia, to celebrate the U.S. Navy’s 250th birthday.
