Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar on Sunday (October 5, 2025) expressed satisfaction over the completion of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls in Bihar, claiming that the exercise “purified” the voters’ list after a gap of 22 years.
