NEZ PERCE COUNTY, Idaho — Nez Perce County Sheriff's Office (NPCSO) says nine people got misdemeanor citations after flashing and "mooning" passing boats, one of which had children onboard.

NPCSO says they got a complaint Saturday about "indecent behavior" near Cottonwood Creek on Snake River.

Deputies say that a group of rafters was showing off their genitals and "mooned" boats passing by. There were children aboard on one of the boats.

NPCSO says they went to the area and gave out misdemeanor citations for nine people.

Deputies say that indecent exposure on boats has been an increasing problem, and they have a zero-tolerance policy for it.
