The Philadelphia Eagles’ inability to play two good halves of football in the same game finally cost them, as they suffered a crushing loss to the Denver Broncos on Sunday. However, social media thinks the latter got a huge assist from the refs in order to secure the 21-17 win.

Philly blew a 14-point fourth-quarter lead that saw them lose their first game of the season, with Denver beating them at home for the first time since 1986, also handing them an L in their first game since the A.J. Brown drama.

The Eagles would have been able to win the game with a last-gasp touchdown and nearly did so. Dallas Goedert, who scored one of their two TDs on the day, looked like he was pulled to the ground by a Broncos defender in the final seconds.
