LOUISVILLE, Ky. —
The West End Farmers Market is rounding out its 2025 season with a Fall Festival Celebration.
On Sunday, the market paired with Central High School’s Pre-Med Community Health and Change Today, Change Tomorrow’s Youth Advisory Council to put on a celebration fit for the beginning of fall.
The event, held at California Park, featured pumpkin painting, potato sack races, face painting, and more. There was also a number of food demonstrations as well as free KFC meals to celebrate the launch of 502 Black Eats Week.
Running from 3 to 7 p.m., several local vendors attended the event; children’s Halloween costumes were handed free of charge by Clothe the West and Tip It Forward’s mobile service truck offered free wellness services.
