MADISON (WKOW) - Shots were fired Sunday afternoon in the 1400 block of Prairie Road on Madison's Southwest Side, according to Madison Police.

The incident occurred around 3 p.m. following a dispute. No injuries were reported, but a vehicle was damaged. Authorities say there is no ongoing threat to the community.

The investigation is ongoing. Police are asking anyone with information to come forward.
