Two people were killed, and several others were injured, following an incident at a residence in Lancaster County on Sunday, according to news reports.

The incident was first reported around 5 p.m. in the 2100 block of Oak Hollow Drive in West Hempfield Township, according to WGAL .

A West Hempfield Township officer told WGAL that the incident was a double homicide, and that the suspect and another person had been hospitalized.

No additional information on their conditions was available.

Several police cars surrounded the entrance to one of the homes in that neighborhood, and a tent with an EMS team was set up outside, CBS21 reported .
