New Jersey residents will go to the polls on Nov. 4 to vote for their next governor, all 80 General Assembly seats, local municipal and school elections as well as to cast a yes or no vote on a dozen or so referendum questions.

The referendum questions range from getting permission to dredge a river, to approving open space spending and a few municipalities looking to welcome cannabis businesses.
