A Coventry man who was forced onto the streets after leaving his job and suffering serious injuries in a car crash said he is 'incredibly thankful' to have turned his life around. Dean was made homeless after his mum died.
He had been living with her and working a steady job. But when she was taken ill, he decided to take on the responsibility of caring for her full-time, leaving his job behind.
After she died, Dean took over the tenancy of the property and found a new job. But tragedy struck when a serious car accident left him with significant injuries and forced him to stop working.
Dean recalled: “My life was once very good. I had a great job as a chef, and I lived with my mum in her rented house. Unfortunately, my mum became ill, so I left work to become her full-time carer. Four
