Darwin man Timothy Hunt has been convicted by a jury of murdering his friend of six months, Tony Rowe, bringing a three year-long quest for justice around Mr Rowe's death to an end.

Hunt pleaded guilty to the manslaughter of Mr Rowe last month, but not guilty to his murder.
