KANSAS City Chiefs wide receiver Xavier Worthy has been handed a major setback.

Worthy , 22, had been expected to appear for the Chiefs today against the Jacksonville Jaguars .

The wide receiver is set a doubt for their clash as he suffers yet another injury.

He collided with star tight end Travis Kelce during their Week 1 loss against the Los Angeles Chargers .

Worthy suffered a dislocated shoulder in the incident.

This ruled him out of action for the Chiefs' next two games.

The second-year receiver returned to the field to help beat the Baltimore Ravens 37-20 last week.

However, he has been once again named on the Chiefs' injury report.

His status has been updated to "questionable" ahead of today's game.
